Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kanso website, content, and services. Kanso is a trading name of Kanso CX Ltd and Kanso CX Corporation (together "Kanso", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Kanso is a service-operations consultancy. We have run the service operations we advise on, and we deliver across six lines of work:
- AI Advisory & Readiness: Maturity Mapping across the Seven Pillars, governance, business case, and data and platform readiness, so budget is committed against a clear picture.
- Support Platform Delivery: setting up, cleaning up, migrating and tuning the support platform you already pay for, including Zendesk and the tech-alliance apps that extend it.
- Contact Centre & Voice, cloud contact-centre and voice on Amazon Connect and Twilio: routing, IVR, call flows, QA and real-time workflows.
- AI Automation & Assistants: building and deploying AI that takes work off the queue, each tied to one or more metrics you own.
- Reporting & Analytics: dashboards, a data warehouse that reconciles your systems, and conversation, journey and sentiment analysis.
- Multilingual & Real-Time Translation: support across languages on any platform, with real-time translation where language blocks service quality.
We also provide related documentation, support, and content through our website. Where products or services are distributed through third-party marketplaces (for example, the Zendesk Marketplace), the terms in section 2 apply.
2. Pricing, Tax and Third-Party Marketplaces
Prices shown on our website are indicative list prices, presented in the currency for your region, and are exclusive of tax. The price, currency, and contracting entity that apply to an engagement are confirmed in your proposal or order. Where a region is not listed, pricing defaults to our US (USD) prices.
Tax may apply depending on your location and the contracting entity. UK and EU customers may be charged VAT, Australian customers GST, and US customers any applicable sales tax (or the local equivalent elsewhere). Any applicable tax is added to invoices where required by law. Where VAT or GST applies, please provide valid registration details so the correct treatment, including any reverse charge on cross-border EU supplies, can be applied.
Products purchased or installed through third-party marketplaces are also subject to that marketplace's terms of service. Payment processing and billing for marketplace products is handled by the respective platform.
